JP Biondo

Biondo has several Top Ten finishes in the Walmart BFL series. He has also had several Top finishes in the BASS Weekend Series over the past ten years. Additionally, he fishes the Chattanooga Bass Association Tournament Trail, one of the most competitive trails in the country with success as a Top finisher. He is consistently Top Finisher in the Triton Owner's Tournament which averages 325 boats a year from all over the country.

Biondo maintains sponsorships from Bunch Marine, Triton Boats, Mercury Marine, Cashion Rods and a few others.


Billy Boyd

Boyd has been a Bunch Marine Team member since 1996. Boyd fishes from a Triton 21X with Mercury 225 Optimax, Motorguide and Lowrance electronics. Bunch Marine, Mercury, Motorguide, Lunker Lure and Bowers Baits are proud sponsors of Boyd.

Among Boyd’s accomplishments are two Bassmaster Wins, eight times as a Bassmaster Top Ten, twenty-two in the Bassmaster Top Twenty Five, 2012 Heartland Tournament Championship Qualifier, 2012 Bassmaster Weekend Series Championship Qualifier, 2011 Heartland Tournament Championship Qualifier.

Boyd also enjoys archery and spending time with his wife and children.


Corey Brooks

Brooks has been a member of Team Bunch Marine since 2013. Born and raised in Maryville, he has been fishing since he was two. Brooks attends William Blount High School. In June 2014 Brooks and his co-angler Jake Lee took 9th place out of 124 teams in the Student Angler Federation State Championship. Finishing 4th in the Southeastern Conference Regional qualified him to fish the Nationals at Grand Lake, OK. As a result, Brooks and his partner, Lee, finished 3rd in the 2015 FLW High School Fishing Championship. Brooks' favorite techniques include spinner baits and top water fishing.


Col. Tim Dearing

He passed on the opportunity to become a general in the U.S. Air Force National Guard, but Retired Colonel Timothy Dearing advanced to the top of his co-angler ranks with a convincing win in the Forrest Wood Cup on Lake Lanier.Two years ago, after 38 years of military service, Dearing found himself contemplating this career-capping advancement. Ultimately, it was the advice of his wife Lisa that convinced the Loudon, Tenn. co-angler that it was time for a life transition.

“My wife said ‘Why do we want to do that?’” Dearing said. “(The promotion) was signed by the president, but my wife said “Why don’t you retire and go fish while you’re healthy enough to live your dream?’”

Dearing was the 2012 FLW Co-Angler of the Year. This year, he has decided to give the lead angler spot a try.

Robby Frashier

Frashier hails from Carrollton, GA, and has fished tournaments in the GA/AL area for several years. In 2013, he fished the FLW tour as a co-angler where he ended up finishing 58th for his first year. Neck surgery has kept him from fishing the tour this year, but he will compete in the BFL's later this year. He plans to go back to the tour next year. His sponsors include Barnes Store, United Community Bank, Metro West Realty, and Carroll Realty Insurance.


Darren Gallaher

Darren Gallaher is a professional angler and guide from Hixson, TN. You may know Darren from his thousands of bass fishing appearances and seminars across the United States. Or you may have seen him fish or competed against him in B.A.S.S. and FLW tournaments. Maybe you had the pleasure of him hosting you on his boat during a guide trip in Tennessee, Alabama, or elsewhere.


Mike Gnaster

Mike (Doc) Gnaster recently joined the Bunch Marine Team, running a 2014 21 TRX Triton. He has been a Bunch customer for 15 years. He has competed in the CBA for a number of years. He has fished 14 out of 15 years of the Triton Owners Tournament. He presently fishes the Tennessee Valley Bass Club and is a member of the Hamilton County Hookers Bass Club. He is an active member of the TBF and has qualified to fish the Eastern Division of the Tennessee State Tournament for the last eight years. Mike retired from the Army as a Lt. Colonel and continues to work as an anesthetist at a local hospital.


Thomas Helton

Retired from M&M Mars, Helton has made jewelry and fishing his new passion. Helton hails from Charleston, TN and loves to fish Lake Guntersville. His favorite techniques are top water and flipping with frogs, jigs and A-rigs. After 13 years of fishing, Helton suggests trying Power Poles.

Helton's largest career catch was 24.11 pounds on Lake Chickamauga. He fishes the BFL, Everstart Series & FLW Tour. Fishing 122 tournaments since 2000, Helton has had 20 Top Ten finishes and 1 win.


James “HUTCH” Hutcheson

Hutcheson has been part of Team Bunch Marine for multiple years. He is also a pro staff member for Ranger Boats, Mercury Outboards and Powell Rods. He has qualified for various regional championships in the BFL’s and B.A.S.S. weekend series. This past year he finished 21st in the Volunteer division BFL points, qualifying him for the regional championship. He also finished 9th in the Heartland Anglers championship at Chickamauga Lake out of 275 boats.

Daniel Morgan

Morgan is a native of Dayton, TN, home of his favorite fishery, Lake Chickamauga. He has been a part of Team Bunch marine since 2011 and currently fishes from a Triton 21HP Elite with a Mercury 250 ProXS. Morgan has two Top Ten finishes this year in the BFL Volunteer Division with hopes of qualifying for the Regional Tournament on Lake Hartwell. In 2011, Morgan won the September Chattanooga Bass Association event qualifying him for an extra $7,000 with Triton Gold in addition to the winnings for Top Finisher. He also competes in various other tournments such as the B.A.S.S. Weekend Series, Bass Anglers Invitational Tour (B.A.I.T.), Bass Invitational Team Events (B.I.T.E.), and Heartland Anglers.

Morgan currently has sponsorships from Bunch Marine, Triton Boats, Mercury Marine, Motorguide, Boresha Coffee, Powell Rods, Lews, Zoom Bait, Typhoon Optics, Powerpole and Seaguar.

Morin is proud to fish out of Ranger Z520. He is from Seymour, TN.

Shane Sloan

Raised in East TN, Sloan has enjoyed fishing since he was old enough to hold a rod. He first entered tournaments with his father at 10 years old and still today has his dad as a partner in most team events. He fishes local and regional tournaments to include the BFL Volunteer division, Morristown Marine and, of course, The TN Team Trail. Sponsors include Smirnoff Ice, Nesquik, Cherokee Distributing, KenJo Markets, Bunch Marine, Ranger Boats, and Mercury Marine. Sloan has, for the past several years, tried to grow the sport of tournament fishing by involving his sponsors in local tournaments and trails. He chaired the Helen Ross Mcnabb Center’s bass committee for the last five years and was committee member of the Tuesday Night Toad trail. Shane currently runs a Ranger Z521 powered by a Mercury 250 ProXS, uses Lowrance electronics and a MinnKota trolling motor.

Tom Spangler

Spangler currently lives in Corryton TN, which is in Knox County, Knoxville TN. After 30 years of service, he retired from the Sheriff’s Office in Dec. 2009.

Spangler has been bass fishing off and on for over 32 years and started competitive fishing in 2005. Beginning in 2010, he was excited to not only be sponsored by Xinengy, and in 2011 he was also included in the “Pilot/Flying J. Xinergy Fishing Team”. In 2012, he fished the FLW Tour as a co-angler, finishing 61st in the majors and 35th in the opens. Spangler has fished a total of 44 tournaments with FLW, either as a co-angler or pro, and three tournaments with B.A.S.S. as a pro.

Kevin Todd

Todd is a local fisherman with over 20 years of tournament fishing in Tennessee. He has been a part of Team Bunch Marine for several years. He became a Pro Staff member for Ranger Boats and Mercury Outboards in April of 2013. His favorite time of year is summer time ( the hotter the better). He fishes on Watts Bar most of the time. Todd fishes the Heartland Angler and also enjoys fishing the Little Fisherman Bass Circuit with his girls. His area of expertise is fishing deep with worms, jigs, and crank baits. He fishes in a Ranger Z520 with a Mercury Optimax 250HP and Lowrance electronics.

Mike Wolfenbarger

Wolfenbarger is a local fisherman with over 20 years of tournament fishing in East Tennessee. Like most fisherman, he loves spring time fishing. Mike’s favorite lake is Cherokee, as he has several wins on that lake in the past few years. Mike lives in Claxton on Melton Hill Lake and fish it a lot through the week. His areas of expertise are finesse fishing with a shakey head and a fluke in clear water. Mike is a member of Team Bunch Marine and Team Mercury. He fishes with a Triton 21HP with a Mercury Optimax 250HP and Lowrance Electronics.
